1. | Where are you from? |
| Originally Workington on the west coast of Cumbria. I now live in London. |
2. | How did you get involved in Big Chimp? |
| I've been involved in several films by Foiled Productions so when the idea of a King Kong spoof came up, I jumped on board.
3. | What filmmaking experience did you have before making Big Chimp? |
| I was the Green Man in Foiled, Darth McMaul in The Jedi Who Loved Me, a killer Zombie in Sunday Night Zombies, The Count in Fluffy the English Vampire Slayer and both a dinosaur and jungle native in Big Chimp. I've a lot of experience of being different colours and putting on hammy accents! |
4. | What was the most difficult thing about playing Dinosaur? |
| Facial gestures! No, seriously - it was very hard to see what I was doing and Big Chimp was a big fella who liked to fight. I'm surprised I didn't break my neck. |
5. | What's your favourite film featuring an ape / monkey / gorilla / chimpanzee / orangutan, and why? |
| I just love the original Planet of the Apes and I'm looking forward to the new film. Tarzan, Lord of the Jungle – the 70s cartoon – also a special place in my heart

| I don't normally cry at films, but all 3 versions of King Kong have had me in tears at the end when the big fella falls off the Empire State Building. |
7. | What have you been up to since filming Big Chimp in 2006? |
| I graduated from University with a degree in Animation, got married on a volcano, did a bit of travelling and ended up moving to London where I work for a university teaching video making. |
8. | Any plans for the future? |
| To win the Oscar for Short Animated film, to do a lot more travelling and hopefully more acting. |
9. | What's your favourite memory from the Big Chimp shoot? |
| The very end when Big Chimp is 'distracted' – it was the funniest thing I've ever seen. |
