His mother is a bassoon player in the RTE concert orchestra, making frequent

His grandfather is a retired script-writer responsible for, among other
things, Rentaghost, Grandad, Galloping Galaxies and Life with the Lyons, as
well as writing for Tom Cooper and Crackerjack.
His brother is a Hare Krsna devoutee with a passion for funk.
He doesn't like liqourice.
His favourite author is Douglas Adams.
His favourite film is the Life of Brian.

He has two cats, Nesbit and Seven of Nine, which he has to share with his
girlfriend, Edith.
They're all lovely.
He doesn't believe in God, and doesn't believe there is such a thing as a
good hippo (unless you count a dead hippo).
