Here are some facts about Steven that you probably never
knew before:
- He comes from Workington in Cumbria.
- He lived in the same house as
Adam Ahmad for two years, and
also shared with Howell Parry
for a year.
- His first acting role came in a nativity play at the age of
8 when he managed to get the biggest laugh of the night. He was
playing the part of a shepherd and had to wear a costume made
from a curtain. Unfortunately there had been no dress rehearsal
beforehand and shortly before he was due on stage he discovered
to his shock that the costume was too tight for him to move his
legs - he had to be carried out onto the stage! After kneeling
by the baby Jesus he was unable to stand up and had to walk off
on his knees...
- Back in the 80's he was the runner-up "Young Cartoonist Of
The Year".
- In the last three years he has found two dead bodies - one
was an old man on a park bench outside a Happy Eater restaurant,
and the other was a suspected suicide he discovered floating in
the water at some docks.
- He once saw a very intimate part of Howell's anatomy
through a letterbox.
- He has met Sigourney Weaver, Rolf Harris, Pat Roach, Tom
Wilkinson and Bill Roach, and once almost got run over by
Princess Diana.
- He's in love with Isabelle Adjani.
- His favourite films are 12 Angry Men and Blue Velvet,
although he is also a great Star Wars fanatic and he loves
Laurel and Hardy.
- He is the hairiest person you will ever meet and claims to
have ultra-sensitive nipples.
- When his mother was pregnant with him a cat jumped on her
and frightened her. Now when he gets hot or frustrated a
bizarre "cat's paw" birthmark appears on his chest.
