She comes originally from
Llandudno
in Wales but now lives in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Her first words uttered on stage were "we can't think", when she made
her acting debut at the age of 5 as a singing sheep. She claims that the
sheep was supposed to be "a bit dim", but despite her natal origins, that's
where the similarity ends!
A few years later she made a legendary appearance on Capital Radio
doing impressions of The Bee Gees and Kermit the Frog. For which she
received a cloth bag and a kiss from Mike Smith (no performance could be
that bad!)
She now sings in a slightly different manner, with top prog rockers
Janison Edge.
Her favourite famous person is Stephen Fry and amongst her prized
possessions are a signed poster and life-size cardboard cut-out which
she keeps in her office (presumably for inspiration!).
She likes eating burnt sausages and drinking Stella, Aussie wine and real ale.
Her ambition is to sell lots of CDs, write a novel and grow organic
vegetables in Somerset.
She has a particular fondness for feet and is a professional Reflexologist.
Her pet hates include bigotry, arrogance, Chris de Burgh and honey.
She was once in an advert for a car hire firm, appearing
in their poster campaign as part of the "perfect family", except
her mum was in fact replaced by a model! She was paid in
baked
beans.
