Monday Morning Zombies Shot
On Monday and Tuesday of this week we managed to shoot the third film in our "zombie trilogy" - Monday Morning Zombies. Jaime Katz, who plays Kate, was over from America, so we took the opportunity to resurrect her character from the last two films for one (possibly final) outing.

The film was shot in Edinburgh and also stars Paul Isaacs, Howell Parry and Steven McCombe putting on their 'best' Scottish accents. We took a new approach on this third part, improvising a lot of scenes and going for a crazy zombie dance which may turn up in the closing credits!

Don't expect to see this one anytime soon - it's gone on the back of the editing queue, behind "Australia/Japan 2004" (music video of my last holiday which I'm currently working on) and the Snowdon film from a few weeks back.

In other news, The Alien That Came To Dinner is done and once we've had an official screening, it'll be up somewhere here to download and watch.

More Short Films On The Way
"The Alien That Came To Dinner" is still making progress through post-production, but is almost ready for release, and the feature film is still slowly being written.

But meanwhile, we're working on another couple of short films. One we shot on Monday, about two people climbing Snowdon (the highest mountain in Wales if you didn't know), and the other is shooting in early August in Edinburgh.

This second film is going to be the third in our "zombie trilogy" which began with Saturday Night Zombies and continued with Sunday Night Zombies. It may or may not be called Monday Morning Zombies. Jaime Katz, who has played Kate in both of the previous films, is flying in from the USA on vacation so will once again take on the demanding role. The script is still evolving, but the current draft features a zombie hamster!!

UFO Spotters at Glastonbury Festival
The Foiled Productions short film "UFO Spotters" is to be screened in the Short Films Marquee at this year's Glastonbury Festival. If you're going to the fest, be sure to drop by and check it out on the big screen in full DVD quality! I'll be there...

You can see a full listing of films playing there - long and short - on this page. UFO Spotters is in the "Festival Shorts 1" programme.

In other news, the sequel to UFO Spotters now has a title: "The Alien That Came To Dinner". Editing is complete and most of the post production has been done. Still to do are the opening and closing credits, and some musical effects.
