London screenings report
Today we had some screenings of a few Foiled Productions films at the National Film Theatre in London, which Mark Stalker had hired for the premiere of his new film "Monument". This included the first public screening of The Sinister Dr Stone, and the unveiling of the recently completed experimental short "Ozymandias" (which seemed to be well received, luckily!), as well as the crowd pleasers "Diet Coke", "What Is Up?" and "UFO Spotters".

Mark's programme of films was quite varied, and other than the Foiled Productions ones mentioned above there were various animated shorts, trailers and other short films.

At the after show party it was good to catch up with a few old friends and one even got himself cast in the upcoming "Big Chimp"... watch this space as they say.

Want to be in our next film?
Our next film - "Big Chimp" - is filming in the Manchester area on the last weekend in September (Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October). It's a crazy spoof of King Kong and there are plenty of parts available so if you want to join in the fun, just get in contact...

Foiled Productions on the Big Screen
On the morning of Saturday 12th August, at a top secret location in central London, the short film "Monument", written and directed by Mark Stalker (star of Dr Hall, 'Ray' in UFO Spotters and Foiled), will be having its big screen premiere. (Note: this is not a Foiled Productions film!)

But that's not all!

Also included in the two hour programme of events will be a number of Foiled Productions films, including UFO Spotters, the first public screening of The Sinister Dr Stone, an Inside Entrance remix and a completely new experimental project (currently still in post-production).

But that's not all!

Steven McCombe (Darth McMaul in The Jedi Who Loved Me, The Count in Fluffy, zombie in Sunday Night Zombies) will also be there with his brand new animated short film! And as if all that wasn't enough, there may be one or two other surprises too.

So, if all that sounds good, and you want the chance to come along, watch some weird and wonderful short films and play "spot the Foiled Productions actor/actress" (many of them will be there in person!), get in contact and we'll add your name to the waiting list.

It's completely free! But because tickets are in such high demand we can't guarantee you'll be successful...

Adam's new film festival
Writer/Star/Co-Director of "The Jedi Who Loved Me", and actor in several other Foiled Productions films, Adam Lopez, is launching a new film festival that should appeal to all visitors of this site. So if you can make it to Toronto in Canada in late October this year, be sure to get your ticket to what looks like a really fun few days of films. I'll be there!
