Foil Man fights off Scanner

Originally tonight's plan was to film some scenes involving the Pizza Delivery Man, but unfortunately Dave's costume was being washed by his mother, so we decided instead to concentrate on the scene where Helen is attacked by Foil Man. This turned out to be quite challenging to film, so we probably wouldn't have had time for the Pizza Delivery Man scenes anyway.

In terms of the finished film, we probably shot about ten or twenty seconds worth, but it took about an hour and a half to get the scene worked out, rehearsed, and recorded. Foil Man had to strike Scanner in the face to prevent him helping Helen - we filmed this many times from several angles, to the dismay of Mike who seems to spend much of the film being pushed around and thrown about.

Mark Flitter turned up halfway through the evening to act out the last few scenes involving his character Steve. In the future he may help out behind the camera, but he's no longer needed as a Foiled actor...

Tonight's "special effect" was Foil Man lifting Helen off the floor by the neck... achieved with the use of a chair for her to stand on, and a Mark to lift her in such a way that we could film her feet dangling helplessly over the floor.
